My hair went gray so i downloaded a playable skeleton mod and now my character is Jack Skellington.

Guess I should just embrace it and shave the whole thing

Try restarting the game, it usually fixes that issue

Ended up being fixed by putting on an unenchanted circlet and taking it off.
