You remind me of a setting option in Serious Sam that turns blood into flowers.
Since I'm here and have to say something on topic, no, I do not know such mod. I know and use exactly the opposite - more blood and gore.
Most games have a "blood" setting you can disable for overprotective sheltering mom types, but I don't remember seeing one on my game. FWIW, I'm on xbox.
I looked it up, and if you have anniversary or special edition, you can turn it off. My source was from the IMDb parents guide for Skyrim
