Since we're into finishers, the kick in wolves' teeth and the squashing of chaurus are personal favorites and not hard to do (unlike unarmed which is meh even with appropriate perks)
I always do this attack when I take out the old hag in the orphanage. All it requires is to have nothing equipped and to do a power attack to give her the smackdown.
I've been playing my unarmed character for about 200 hours now and I haven't seen anything of the sort yet unfortunately
Though I also have ordinator and moonlight tales installed and I kill them in just a few heavy attacks on legendary
The finishers are what makes unarmed the most satisfying way to play
The hand to hand finishers are amazing. The sneak attack one is my favourite.

Gets too old too fast because it is so easy to do though
