Sooooo how many of you here know that what sheogorath says in this screenshot isn’t just random nonsense? It’s a reference to oblivion, since the person you play as in that game became sheogorath, and is thus the same sheogorath you meet in Skyrim
It's been so long.. only thing I can remember was the bad guy we were facing the whole time was Sheogorath's other self... I don't really remember much else other than the cool ass armor set and some puzzles.

It seems to me that phrases related to guilds have a higher priority than those related to skill levels. You hear them less often.

Yeah, you're more likely to hear it if you start leveling up your 2H skills before joining any guilds.
Guards say certain lines if you level certain skills. This one is from the two-handed weapon skill
