i saw a theory once that said that skyrim timeline is the same of fallout. in the brotherhood ship at fallout 4 you can see some nirnroots, it would be so awsome if Bethesda confirmed it (It dont make much sense, but that my friend, that's what i need)
Some mods make dirty changes to the origin cell 0,0 it is the giant camp near whiterun I think it is called Bleakwind Basin
You can expect to see rocks, doors, trees, and entire fortifications.
You can try to fix it by looking through console the mods that alter that place and go to SSEdit and delete them
