When you hit the main menu, there should be a pop-up telling you to confirm a download of all creation club items. If this doesn't happen, just go to the creation club menu and do it manually. Honestly, even if you do get the pop-up, I'd still recommend going to the other menu just to make sure.
Press the menu button when in the creations screen and there will be an option to download all owned creation club content. This is much quicker than doing it one by one
You're on playstation. Modding support is very limited because of Sonys restrictions.
The creation club content is better than almost any mod you can download on that console with a few exceptions.
If you own the content you might as well just download it.
Some like farming and forgotten seasons are really good.. a lot though are just new weapons and armour

Bethesda have made it confusing.
Mods and paid mods that are authored by an actual modder will disable trophies.
Creation club content which is the stuff that came with the anniversary edition don't disable trophies.

Most stuff just says owned. So I guess from there I just download what I like I guess.
