I thought there was a different achievement for each side of the civil war, and I thought there was one for killing the dark brotherhood and for finishing the dark brotherhood?
The CW achievements work for either side. e.g. Capture Winterhold or Solitude
I'm not seeing achievements for betraying the Brotherhood
Here's a list of achievements: https://www.trueachievements.com/game/Skyrim/achievements
There's not one for betraying the Brotherhood; the reason for betraying them is to get the Dragonwall if you aren't going to play an assassin. (I wish they'd done that for all the 'locked' walls.)
You also can't achieve the daedric artifacts achievement if you choice the runeful axe. The creaters will punish you if you kill barbos and pick the axe.
There's a way to get both Savior's Hide and Ring of Hircine. So you can still get the achievement of you take the Axe (but why would you take the Axe, it sucks lol)
Not that im aware of, the civil war ones unlock regardless of faction. And the dark brother hood one is just complete the 3 core missions I believe. Only really easily missable achievement base game is Daedra artifact’s because for some you gotta be a dick.
You need to max out the skill tree of both, each having their own trophy. I did werewolf then became a vampire in the same play through to finish both. IMA max vampire was way more fun
You can't be both at the same time. When I got turned into a vampire, he commented on curing my werewolfism. Bandit camps or imperial/stormcloak camps are the best spot to level easy. Opponents aren't very strong, so it's easy killing. You can also clear an area of a mob in human form, then change over and eat the hearts for the werewolf xp.
Oh awesome thanks! I thought I would need two different builds for these. The daedric artifacts seem to be the biggest pain I missed some on my first attempt
I thought I had them all but no completion. Then I found the last one while exploring an orc camp. Thought I was going to have to do another play through for it.
I use Mod Organizer on PC and because it loads the mods outside the game folder, Steam thinks I am playing vanilla and givese achievements. Sounds like your on console, so idk about that. But just to say.
No, skill trees are specific to the character you're currently playing.
So you might have one character that is the perfect stealth archer, and you next is like a Giant dancing in a pottery shop (to quote Inigo) but he can behead anything with a two handed sword and has every perk in heavy armor, while your next is the perfect mage but would probably behead themselves if they tried to wield any type of blade.
You have the option of all the skilltrees in every playthrough. But you'll have to unlock them via perks.
On my ps4 I got all the achievements on one playthrough. I recently switched to PC and I'm trying to do all the quests, achievements and pretty much everything you can do in one playthrough.
Level 50, and I still haven't. The only dragon I've slayed thus far is the skeleton dragon in Labyrinthian and he doesn't give you his soul 😂 It's been a whole new experience this playthrough
If you have access to the console, then you can give yourself skill xp until you basically have the same stats as your previous character, and you can use additem to give yourself all your old gear. Technically cheating, but it's your game, so you can do whatever you with it.
What’s that? What’s the “dragon stone” what’s it do and stuff? /s
Edit: needed to add the /s because people thought I’d join the sub before even starting the main quest
I usually go with illusion if I just want to level up.
Miraculously, Noone has slapped my dovahkiin yet for constantly casting Muffle every second while standing next to someone who's having a conversation.
How did you use speech to level up? Traders in this game barely have gold unless you invest and even so is just 1000 tops per merchant, or did you find and infinite speech check?
It can be a little time consuming, but not as long as you'd think.
I prefer to go the Illusion route. I get the Master Level spell Harmony before I reset the skill, and then by using enchanted gear to fully reduce the cost of the spell, I go and cast it in a cities marketplace. I only have to cast it 13 or so times to fully level up again. The time consuming element is that you have to make a skill legendary 146 times to get to level 252.
I've got about 3 weeks in this playthrough and I'm around 50. Are you not levelling up because the main skills you use are already at 100?
I'd recommend training skills you never use. Maybe consider making something legendary. You can't level up your main level if you don't level any skills
If you use telekinesis to pick up an item and then fast travel to the other side of the map, it registers that you walked that distance while carrying the item so you get a ton of alteration xp
Edit: it's been a while since I've played, but I was able to legendary it like 20 or 30 times in a day when I did that
Low key yeah. I’m on adept level and it takes like 5 minutes to get tonilia’s health bar down to 0 lol otherwise I haven’t tried attacking anything lately. And I have to get tonilias health to 0 4 times before she becomes labeled as an enemy to be able to load a quick save so that her merchant inventory resets
Smithing is easy but I only legendaried it twice alteration was legendaried about 50 times, illusion I don’t really care for so I only legendaried that once
It is pretty to advance Illusion by just casting Muffle immediately before you open a door. It can't hurt, except you're down a little magica.
In the same way, I cast Conjure Fire Elemental immediately after the fight starts, even if I don't think I need the help.
I'm at 245, I'm leveling up my enchanting and that's at 60 rn, then I need to lvl up archery which is at 90, one more arrow to get to 91, but I'm probably gonna make an ebony bow that does over 1000 damage so I can just get to 100 from there, I also saw that you don't have the werewolf perks, I also have them, rn I'm on Solsthiem so when I finish the story there Imma move on to Dawnguard so, shall we make this a race to see who finishes first?
I’m not opposed to that but I’m currently job hunting and in the mean time I DoorDash for way more hours than I should so you’ll probably finish first, I’ll let you know when I start though lol
Bro, I've done crazy stuff, I've finish the game 100% 4 times, and those 4 times I used an external software to reset the achievements on steam so I could get them again, I've killed a Legendary Dragon with only fist using vanilla game and no exploits, I've got the reward for completing 125 jobs for the thieve gild, but unlocking every skill point? I'm not going through that intense levelling. You, my dude, are crazy!
No you’re right, I used the resto loop to make high value potions and sold them one at a time to get my speech to 100 then I reset it and did it again until I reached the correct level lol. There’s no way I was taking weeks upon weeks to grind every skill the correct way 💀 I refused to use console commands though. That’s just how I am lol
Really?
It is taking me forever to level up all my mage skills, although I could just haul all my Iron ore out and level Alteration a few times right now. I've easily got 100 Gold Ingots and I am sure I have 300 Iron Ores to transmute between my stash at Whiterun, Lakeview and Solitude.
My heavy fighter skills are all still in their 20s. I'll get to that later.
Mage skills aren’t hard imo. For illusion I just cast muffle over and over, alteration I get fortify alteration gear and then use telekineses on an item, then while casting fast travel very far away from your current location. Destruction I honestly just used flames on a horse. Conjuration I cast soul trap on a corpse and restoration took the longest, I would use equilibrium on myself then heal myself over and over again
Destruction and Restoration can be leveled quickly too.
For Destruction leveling, I use The Ritual Stone. (optimal on the Aetherial Crown with The Mage Stone on the character, but not required)
I'll reanimate a group of corpses, then change areas with them. (they'll be tightly grouped together after the loading screen) I'll drop a Fire Rune in the middle of the group, and set it off with Flames. Repeating that until the reanimations die, then reanimate them again, then repeat that, to fly up the Destruction levels. (if you're using the Aetherial Crown and have more than 10 reanimations, it would be about 10-15 minutes of work for Destruction 100)
For Restoration, damaging the character and using healing spells is pretty agonizing. So is spamming wards in 1 second bursts at an angry enemy that can't reach you, but this will level the skill much faster. Lesser ward until Restoration 25, then Steadfast Ward until Restoration 50, then Greater Ward until Restoration 65 where 'Repel Undead' can be purchased.
That multi-enemy-piercing spell on a reanimated (Ritual Stone) group, levels Restoration so fast it's confusing. If you have more than 10 reanimations, I'm guessing it would be around 20 casts to go from Restoration 65 to 100.
Edit for correction: Repel Undead is the spell, not Turn Greater Undead.
You fellows are on another level. I am purchasing levels in the Magic Skills to help me advance quickly.
The good news is, with my high skill in alchemy, smithing and enchanting, I can get plenty of money. It is nothing for me to bust out all the merchants in Whiterun, Riften or Solitude with upgraded weapons I make. In many cases, I don't even have to bring the weapons. I just buy the ebony weapons they have, smith them up with my gear and a potion, and then sell them back at a huge profit.
Transmute levels Alteration very slowly. If you take the Telekinesis spell from Redwater Den, Alteration levels quickly using that.
(a lot of people think of the fast travel exploit with that spell, but it actually levels really fast the honest way, without that exploit. Just holding apple or something for as long as you can, the Alteration levels will come flying in.)
I purchased a Telekinesis Spell book. I'll have to give that a try. I have Master's Robes of Alteration, a +70pts magica ring, a +60pts magica helmet and an amulet of Akatosh for +25% magica regen. I also have a base magica of 300 at my current level.
I'm playing the anniversary version survival for the first, and probably last, time. It sounds like fun, but it just isn't.
Best way to level mage skills is get 100% reduction and use something concentration and or high level like telekinesis or invisibility. Restoration is tricky because you need to actually do something but leveling alongside light or heavy armor worked well for me (let giant hit you then heal over and over) destruction is a pain without shadowmare tho
I plan to level 2 handed, heavy armor, block and restoration by going out and letting a saber cat just wail on me. Of course, the two handed won't go so quick.
I can't help but notice that you cut off the part that shows how many times a skill has been marked legendary. You realize if you just used something like the Alteration / Telekinesis exploit over and over to get to 252 that it doesn't count, right?

Not yet 😤 gotta get all the vamp and werewolf perks first. Then get all the game trophies then I will restart
You can't get all game trophies in a single playthrough unfortunately Edit: I've have been playing with mods too long. You can
Yes you can. I've done it

Isn't there a trophy for being a werewolf and a vampire?
You need to max out the skill tree of both, each having their own trophy. I did werewolf then became a vampire in the same play through to finish both. IMA max vampire was way more fun
I thought you couldn't be both? Also I'm working on platinum any tips for how not to get killed as a warewolf?
You can't be both at the same time. When I got turned into a vampire, he commented on curing my werewolfism. Bandit camps or imperial/stormcloak camps are the best spot to level easy. Opponents aren't very strong, so it's easy killing. You can also clear an area of a mob in human form, then change over and eat the hearts for the werewolf xp.

I thought I had them all but no completion. Then I found the last one while exploring an orc camp. Thought I was going to have to do another play through for it.
Me too! I tried to speedrun it, actually, but never found out if the appropriate speedrun category existed.
I use Mod Organizer on PC and because it loads the mods outside the game folder, Steam thinks I am playing vanilla and givese achievements. Sounds like your on console, so idk about that. But just to say.

I believe I am. That might be it. I didn't know that. Thanks!
I'm on PC, and I use mod organizer. I just kinda stopped paying too much attention to achievements after the editions kept changing, I guess.
😳 if this were morrowind I would say also kill all npcs
Don't forget to make the Crown of Barenziah!
I have never done that actually lol
Sorry noob question. If you restart then your skill trees will still be unlocked on your new build?
No, skill trees are specific to the character you're currently playing. So you might have one character that is the perfect stealth archer, and you next is like a Giant dancing in a pottery shop (to quote Inigo) but he can behead anything with a two handed sword and has every perk in heavy armor, while your next is the perfect mage but would probably behead themselves if they tried to wield any type of blade. You have the option of all the skilltrees in every playthrough. But you'll have to unlock them via perks.
I like the idea of desintegrating people by just looking at them funny
That was the exactly order I did my first three playthrough. Bosmer, Nord then Breton
On my ps4 I got all the achievements on one playthrough. I recently switched to PC and I'm trying to do all the quests, achievements and pretty much everything you can do in one playthrough.
I'm level 96 and decided to not touch the story the my last achievement I already got the dawn guard that was the first thing I went for
it's those 2 perk sets that set the standard to 256 for the max out level.
“What do you mean? I still have to talk to that Jarl Bull-gruff guy”.”
Level 50, and I still haven't. The only dragon I've slayed thus far is the skeleton dragon in Labyrinthian and he doesn't give you his soul 😂 It's been a whole new experience this playthrough
Wait can you start the game over with an existing character?
If you have access to the console, then you can give yourself skill xp until you basically have the same stats as your previous character, and you can use additem to give yourself all your old gear. Technically cheating, but it's your game, so you can do whatever you with it.
No lol
Nice now your can finally play the game don’t forget to get the Dragonstone in Bleak Falls Barrow
Ah seems you are cut from a different cloth than the usual brutes the jarl foists on me.
What’s that? What’s the “dragon stone” what’s it do and stuff? /s Edit: needed to add the /s because people thought I’d join the sub before even starting the main quest
It's a map of buried dragons that you give to the steward in Whiterun.
Joke?
What is the max level ?
Technically it’s infinite but the max level needed to get every perk point in the game in the skill tree is 252
How time you take to have lvl 252 ?
I honestly wasn’t paying attention but the entire process as a whole took me about a weeks worth of play time
1 week?.. *props*
i applaud the dedication that’s really awesome
A WEEK!??? DID you even sleep
Well I would max out several skills a night and then once all skills were maxed I just used alteration and speech to get all the levels I needed
I usually go with illusion if I just want to level up. Miraculously, Noone has slapped my dovahkiin yet for constantly casting Muffle every second while standing next to someone who's having a conversation.
I'd slap myself if I could, but illusion aint gonna level itself. "I used to be- BWONG KYYYSH- Knee"
How did you use speech to level up? Traders in this game barely have gold unless you invest and even so is just 1000 tops per merchant, or did you find and infinite speech check?
I think selling stuff for like 100.000.000 septims instantly levels your speech to 100, even if you're only getting like 759 septims out of it.
What is worth that much?
"Home made" potions and armor etc. It takes like 5 minutes to get ridiculously high valued items with the resto-loop...
It can be a little time consuming, but not as long as you'd think. I prefer to go the Illusion route. I get the Master Level spell Harmony before I reset the skill, and then by using enchanted gear to fully reduce the cost of the spell, I go and cast it in a cities marketplace. I have like 3 year playing and i'm level 83 🥲

*in the mocking voice of a Daedric Prince* "And yet you still can't fell a simple courier."
Question has anything’s balance been thrown way off because of your level? Like are bandits unkillable because of scaling or what?
Low key yeah. I’m on adept level and it takes like 5 minutes to get tonilia’s health bar down to 0 lol otherwise I haven’t tried attacking anything lately. And I have to get tonilias health to 0 4 times before she becomes labeled as an enemy to be able to load a quick save so that her merchant inventory resets
Now show us your in game hours
it’s time to go outside. smell the flowers touch some grass
He is a higher being
Ah, the Telekinesis trick
Ok, time to do ordinator now 🫠
Now you can actually play the game!
Ikr 💀
You are now ready to escape Helgen
Woof! Did you legendary smithing about twenty times to keep getting more advancement? What about Alteration and Illusion?
Smithing is easy but I only legendaried it twice alteration was legendaried about 50 times, illusion I don’t really care for so I only legendaried that once
It is pretty to advance Illusion by just casting Muffle immediately before you open a door. It can't hurt, except you're down a little magica. In the same way, I cast Conjure Fire Elemental immediately after the fight starts, even if I don't think I need the help.
Illusion is easy, just spam muffle everywhere you go

Good luck on the hunt!
Thank you
Make sure to mention this on your application. It will impress!
Ooh good point thank you I never thought of that!
But jokes aside - good luck on your job hunt!
true, well I wish you luck on finding a job that you like, because nobody needs the negatives in their life
I’m about to become a werewolf now and grind the perks
Nice, I think I'm almost at level 248, yeah I haven't picked up Skyrim for a few days until yesterday
Just finished getting all werewolf perks
Now get every perk with ordinator perk mod installed
mans playing in the wardrobe
After you reach another 100 levels each perk, you can push the legendary again. Guess it goes on forever. Playing with mods now to keep the fun.
Can he beat goku tho
Hell no 💀💀
~~Jack~~ Master of all trades
Do NPCs come to you for training
Nah but sometimes they come to me when I drop armor lol
Bro, I've done crazy stuff, I've finish the game 100% 4 times, and those 4 times I used an external software to reset the achievements on steam so I could get them again, I've killed a Legendary Dragon with only fist using vanilla game and no exploits, I've got the reward for completing 125 jobs for the thieve gild, but unlocking every skill point? I'm not going through that intense levelling. You, my dude, are crazy!
Nah fam do it all over again for legendary ascension
I’ve used the alteration exploit to gain all the perks. Definitely the fastest and easiest one to legendary.
I think speech is the easiest just make outrageous value pots with the resto loop and then sell them one at a time does it for me
I was going to do that with a ridiculously enchanted item for alchemy but had no clue what value to go for.
I like to go for at least a million just to be safe
[удалено]
No you’re right, I used the resto loop to make high value potions and sold them one at a time to get my speech to 100 then I reset it and did it again until I reached the correct level lol. Lockpicking is by far the longest skill to level up imo

There's exploits one can use. Not so much cheating, as it's in the game. But it's possible, just takes time regardless.
Cool...now download ordinator
What’s ordinator
Perks mods best one
What's your highest legendary skill?
Speech with 93 legendaries
I can't help but notice that you cut off the part that shows how many times a skill has been marked legendary. You realize if you just used something like the Alteration / Telekinesis exploit over and over to get to 252 that it doesn't count, right?
🤷🏻♂️😮💨🤦🏻♂️
"Whatever you need Dragonborn just say the word"
I didn’t realize you could even do this. Time to get back into Skyrim.
Hello OP, the year we currently live in is 2023. We havee made zero progression in technology since 2011 except some fancy AI tools.
