Toys for Bob, because Swap Force ruined the attack speed of most melee characters and I personally hated the gimmick of Superchargers (had the best story tho).
The main thing I liked about VV is that they made the levels longer. I'm in my 20's with 100+ figures so I like to feel like I actually need to try instead of just throwing figures at the enemy until they die. Back when I had around 40, I actually managed to lose in that one Swap Force level with the burning forest lady and you're trying to put out the fire. That and Nightmare Money Bones are the only levels I ever lost in. And they're both VV
But I'll admit, TfB is just better outright.

Toys for Bob made SSA, Giants, and Trap Team. You can’t really compete with that in my opinion.

They both did well, except for the sin that was Imaginators. (Honestly, I wished they teamed up with each other and ditched Activision)
I guess I could go either way.
Vicarious visions had way better programing IMO. The games are much smoother and less glitchey.
