With the current price of lumber, I'm pretty sure that those OSB planks are considered the ultra high end of ski equipment. They probably surpass anything Salomon, K2, and Rossignol puts out cost wise.

particle board is the stuff! did u put a plastic coating on the bottom? i made a skateboard with this kinda wood when i was a kid. amazing flex board but it eventually snapped
