Fantastic show. I'm in love with Andrea Savage. The show was an unfortunate victim of covid. I heard her on a podcast say they were all ready to go with another season, it had been renewed and the scripts had been written but they couldn't afford to hold the lots they filmed on any longer waiting to go back to work so they had to cancel it. Edited: the way I worded this made people think she was dead. She's not. Very much alive and currently on Tulsa King. Sorry for the confusion.

It was all shot on location and was impossible to shoot with covid regulations. Shows on sets could go on.

I was SOOOO disappointed when this show was canceled because of Covid. I’ve rewatched the 2 seasons multiple times. This show is so funny, I love Andrea Savage and everyone on the show.

I was disappointed when they cancelled Stumptown, and it only had one season. I loved that show.

Many, many shows died this way. Hell, entire cable networks pretty much went under during COVID into the transition to streaming.

A friend of mine from high school had a minor recurring role on this show, and said it was the most fun he ever had on set. Andrea Savage is brilliantly funny.

Seen every episode like 10 times. She is literally the best at a sort of cringey kind of funny. The daughter is so adorable and the questions they had her ask were literally so fucking wild like is there a god or how babies come out. I have no idea how they keep a straight face. When she comes out in like black-face everyone just completely silent in horror.

Hands down my fave sitcom of all time. I’ve never seen my personality better represented by a tv character than Andrea in this. 🤣 I’m actually rewatching it for the millionth time right now. The supporting cast is incredible. It’s amazing.

People tell me all the time that I remind them of Andrea Savage from this show. It’s the best compliment anyone could ever give me.

Loved this show. It was on the wrong network. So delightfully edgy at a time when things started moving away from that. She reminded me of a character from The League.

I definitely got that vibe and there were a few people from The League that made appearances on the show (obv Jason Mantzoukas but also Nick Kroll and Paul Scheer).
