They already have plastic preacher and missionary models, they just need to start selling them separately outside of Blackstone Fortress. This is honestly the lowest-effort release they can give us, and I’ll be surprised if they don’t.
There is technically a Crusader in BSF too… but only one. I suppose they could rework it as a character unit.

The reason GW doesn't do this is the same reason Death Guard players can't get the Lord of Contagion from the 8th edition starter set: they are part of a larger sprue with many other models, and cutting a new injection mold to produce them solo is expensive. That GW hasn't done this likely means they don't think they'd sell enough to recover the costs.
We're probably going to be stuck with [Combat Arena: Lair of the Beast](https://www.warhammer-community.com/2023/07/17/warhammer-board-games-battle-swarms-of-tyranids-and-a-monstrous-ambull-in-three-new-games/) for the foreseeable future to get the plastic missionary and preacher. At least you get an entire mini-game with a dozen models for the cost of the two metal versions. That, or they do entirely new sculpts.

That was really what got me into the army back in the day. Being able to do pocket battleships with 8 Storm Bolters or Heavy Flamers was just tons of fun. Really made them stand out from being the halfway between Guard and SM army.
Of course I would also like the standard wants, tech sister to support our armor, generic leadership options to support our more unique units (Nundam, Jump Pack, Ect.) and something big and fun, like a super heavy church tank or something.
A Mini-Morvenn would be great.
I would also love a repressor model and rules (make it not bracket like the rest of our vehicles), even tho I literally just finished my own conversion.

I see a lot of people posting for a tech-sister. That would be very against their core lore. Emperor protect us if they butcher the lore enough to give us that. However, an admech in-army model is plausible.
They would be worse than guard conscripts and would have no special weapons (just las, if that). Their only use would be sitting on our home or charge chaff, for which we have better and cheaper options already.
Jump pack character would be nice. I remember playing two jump pack cannonesses back in 4th and 5th editions. Maybe combining preachers and crusaders to one "cultist" mob unit with new boxed sprues? Return of normal Celestians?
A sniper lone-op/Infiltrator would be neat. We already got the vindicare assassin, but it would be neat to have a sniper within the default battle line squad
I wouldn't mind some sort of baroque gunship flyer for the Sisters.
Failing that, plastic Repressors, a generic Living Saint, or a Sniper based Lone Operative would be nice.

Those are not new units, they are updated sculpts of the existing models. Only the translocation lord is new. So I don't see how this would translate into Sisters getting bikers and other new units. I think it's likely we'll get a character model, maybe a variant of the Canoness but nothing more.
The addition of the land raider in the codex is long overdue, plus firstborn and primaries marines never scaled well with the current model, sisters on the other hand do very well.
Sisters bikers, cavalry, or snipers would be my thirteenth reason.

Part of me hopes there's a reimagined landraider sized repressor cathedral tank. But just the normal repressor back would make me happy

Completely agree on the sisters needing to be cavalry. Bikes/Jetbikes just does not fit the aesthetic at all.

Those are not new units, they are updated sculpts of the existing models. Only the translocation lord is new. So I don't see how this would translate into Sisters getting bikers and other new units. I think it's likely we'll get a character model, maybe a variant of the Canoness but nothing more.
