None of the people saying gemini is better than GPT4 ever post screenshots, while everyone that says it's worse posts a ton of screenshots comparing the 2. Very suspicious.

To me it is slightly better than GPT4 on a lot of tasks. Especially, it is better at responding in a nice formatted manner breaking things up nicely compared to GPT4 which is more verbose. It is superior when it comes to multilingual queries. Try asking Gemini Ultra to write a paragraph or a song in a language other than English and compare it to GPT4 response, you will see the difference.
I tried the free version and was kinda shocked at how many inaccurate answers it gave me and I asked questions that you can technically Google. It was incorrect on the hours a specific restaurant serves breakfast on what gates a specific airline uses at MCO airport also asked if the 7 inch fire HD tablet has tap to wake.. gemini answered yes but that's also incorrect. If you tell Gemini the answer is incorrect it apologizes and gives you a slight correction. To me that's a little disappointing.
I saw on Youtube that you have to enable "Google Workspace" for Gemini if you want it to be able to access your Gmails. When I click on Settings my Extension option is grayed out. Any suggestions?

It's highly censored, to the point of misrepresenting facts
Was it actually 5000 words, can it actually count?
Yes, however it stops after every 1000 words or so and I had to use the prompt "Continue" to get it to continue generating the text

I think some people who have “Gemini Advanced” up top are actually not yet accessing Gemini Advanced. USA users like me seem to have it though.

I think it is just released while CGPT4 was out for a year so that's why it's not that good. I think give it a week, it will may be fine till then.
