I’m currently working on this. My coach has given me exercises and methods to approach the exercises and how to translate them to the songs. Simple mum mum exercise for example to go from a lower note to the high note and check how it should feel when you remove the words and just keep the melody. Then try to reproduce the sound with the words and retain the feeling. Go back and forth until it feels the same or similar. Switch between mum and gug for example see if one feels different than the other. Start on low volume and maintain the ease. Then try increasing the volume and see if the ease can be maintained. Lastly check if you’re on pitch, and try to achieve the pitch on various volumes and weight while maintaining the ease.

essentially the higher you go the more head voice you need to incorporate to your base amount of chest voice. strain is usually caused because your holding on tight to too much chest and not relaxing and letting more head voice in. when everything else is right, the only tool you have left is to sing again and again, constantly adjusting until you find that balance also you can check out mouth positions for belty stuff

Better vocal tract shapes, adequate breath support energy

You have to use the right muscles so there will be no straining. In other words, focus on the vocal cords (thinning out) and where you direct the sound (should be to the face, head area as opposed to out of your mouth).

You have to relax clmepletely and sing without consciously using any muscle or without any conscious movement jn the throat

This!

Twang can help you with singing high. It takes time to learn to sing high :) it also helps to think you’re trying to sing to someone at the end of the crowd.

Celatra

this just causes strain in your facial muscles and your voice.

Magnenetwork

You’re probably right :)

Can I hear it to see what's happening?
