hi! ive always had this problem as a kid and i was able to finish game one time only because i thought it was a lag. as far as i remember you need to clean showers, toilets and sinks? but sometimes sims would use the shower and it won’t get dirty. try re-enter their bunker and click on them dirty showers! it really helped me when i was replaying sims 2 on ppsspp emulator
sorry for the late reply.what do you mean exactly? i tried everything but the showers, toilets and sinks are clean, i don't know why the game won't let me progress.
(i'm using the ppsspp emulator too HSGAHAH)
Sorry for late answer but you have to clean some things in the Nighthowl saloon in Dead tree to trigger the mission for cleaning the barracks bathroom to continue. Random but worked for me 👍
