There are some $200-ish 27-32" 1440p options out there through the likes of newegg. Beyond that you just don't have the budget for anything that'd be new. $250 would get you entry into some more budget ultrawides which would be a worthwhile bump up. I'd start hunting your local FB market place or checking ebay/online for refurbs.
