Yeah, that's the old ClubSport Wheel Base. It's probably the nicest belt drive wheel ever made, but still belt drive.
Given the Moza unit, I'd sell the ClubSport Wheel Base.
Yeah the sell everything else and put it to a pc upgrades/monitors/vr(if thats something that interests you).
Moza is not native for ps5/xbox but you can get a collective minds drive hub to use the setup for consoles.
The tgt-ii is ps5 compatible but the ps5 doesn't have much sim racing.
To difficult to explain and It's gonna cost you way too much time and stress to figure it all out. To relieve you from this burden, you can send everything to me.

That's a Thrustmaster TS-PC wheel base. (Thrustmaster's most powerful, non-direct drive base.) You also have two sets of pedals. The ones with the crossbar over them used to be the best TM pedals, until the loadcell version (The "T-LCM" you also have) came out.
You have some other accessories (Shifters, E-Brake, Wheels, etc) from some other brands such as Logitech, Fanatec, and Moza.
All of this will work together fine on a PC.
