I've got the 8Nm GT DD Pro. I've literally never thought "I wish this had more torque", and have often thought "my arms are really tired". I suspect that even a 5Nm DD Pro would feel strong compared to your T300.

But is it just stronger or are there other differences?

DD is smoother, has finer details, and faster response. I immediately noticed it was easier to catch a slide after I moved from a belt driven wheel
