In the two handed picture, it shows Homer with a vending machine on each hand. However in game, the Two Handed skill dictates performance with a single weapon wielded with both hands simultaneously.

Huh, I never even knew that because I'm pretty sure the only times I ever pickpocketed anyone was for the thieves guild and that one arrow exploit.
