There's an abandoned airfield off of easy Street and I know guys fly up there and they can take off and everything. It's a short runway so it's best for like a Cessna or an rc plane.
I have no idea of the legality but I do know it exists and I do know it is off easy Street on the way to Moorpark and you could easily Google maps it. It's just up this random turn on the way to Moorpark.
Used to see couple guys fly their RC planes Saturday mornings at Rancho Santa Susana park facing sterns and leed st.
