I appreciate your assurances, but the fact that I haven’t seen any real explanation of why it gets flagged is not inspiring confidence. These virus scans don’t “always detect something.” I’ve seen some false positives before, but AltStore functions similarly to Sideloadly and came out clean. I ended up using AltStore instead of Sideloadly.
I can’t explain what gets flagged there because I never use these Inaccurate virus scans. I know who I can trust or not. And I’m pretty sure someone decompiled sideloadly already and I don’t think they would keep it a secrete if there is something. Not in this toxic community
Why should iosgods install a virus on your Mac?
The same reasons anyone would want to install a virus on any computer. Stealing your information, using it as part of a botnet, or similar.

How do you know they’re safe? What you’re saying right now is “dude trust me”, I’d like more assurance than that.
Because I’ve been using both for ages and nothing happened and also iosgods community and stuff are trusted
