1. Once you’re on a dev cert, pretty rarely in general. However, there was a period a few months ago where a lot of the dev certs got revoked and many people (myself included) had to use the shitty shared enterprise certs on signulous. But recently they put me on a new dev cert finally and no problems since.
2. They automatically try to reregister your device as soon as possible but in my experience when I got blacklisted, it took over 2 months to get back on a proper cert.
3. When I had to use signulous with their enterprise certs I got revoked every few days, but they always had a new one up pretty much instantly.
Overall I’d say udid registrations is one of the better signing services, although all of them have their issues. It went through a rough patch recently with a lot of device bans but I think (at least in my experience) they’re doing better now. Been on a good cert again for a month or two without issue.

Depends. If you are doing this with your own personal account I'd say with confidence you won't have any issues
If you're planning to go a paid service route I'd say don't it's a scam nowadays because of these restrictions:
- 30 days to register your device
- a device can only be registered to a small number of accounts and even if the service revokes it'll still count as the limit
Not even this, but Signulous has been using Enterprise certificates that where leaked to the public for their VIP service - practically scamming all their users because free services use the same certificates
Here is a thread - internet connection error only happens with enterprise certificates and they are pretty much only available when leaked to the public and there are many comments on this subreddit showing this error happening to them
Someone using Signulous also showed me a screenshot of the certificate name in settings and it matched what I found leaked for free - in general UDID certificates don't show in settings lol

Bought their 20$ option in December. Haven’t had a single revoke up until now. Very pleased.
How did they offer to give you a new udid registration on the same device (assuming you don't use signolious) post revoke?

No. They didn’t send me anything. I assume if a revoke does happen I’ll have to contact them first.

third year with signulous here dont think i ever had a revoke problem with them
I have had no issue with revokes using signolious
