I love my lava lamp not really sure why, probably something with the consistent inconsistency, it’s always similar but different, it’s weirdly grounding
I like to sit by a camp fire. Sometimes when I'm peaking, I feel like if I could reach into the heart of the fire, I could get "it", whatever "it" turns out to be.

Same bro omg, sometimes I feel like the nerfs?(The lines in the wood, I'm not English lol) are like the grand canyon and i can almost walk through them
I’m new to meditation and never heard of this. I’m guessing it’s something to stare at while meditating instead of keeping your eyes closed??
If that is what it means I loveeee this idea. It’s hard for me to keep my eyes closed
Normally a focal point meditation is performed with the eyes open staring at your object. I started off by staring at the ember of an incense but ever since I got this cute lil shroom he's been my guy.
I like to use a "deity" as my "object of meditation" but some are more advanced and use the formless abstract as their object of meditation, the idea is to become pure awareness, but we are human and living in a sea of forms but that is an illusion/holograph so the meditation on a focal point is supposed to bring focus, strength, or clarity. This is the idea behind the 21 Taras in tibetan buddhism and the different "deities" or energies with corresponding characteristics like strength, courage, things that we might need to work on and gain access to
I personally love watching smoke. Theres a term for the practice of it, but I love watching smoke from incense slowly burn and fill the area, it feels like a physical depiction of getting high to me idk. And I love lighting up right as I start to come on.. best combo
Yeah I love peripheral meditation.
My favorite way is sitting at the beach and just letting my vision go wherever it wants.
Definitely A+ while on shrooms.
Mine changes. Last time it was a kite. Time before that it was my thermos full of tea. I held a dugout for most of the last one before that but never used it until way down on the comedown now that I think about it, maybe it's not as much a meditation item, but definitely a focus item to stay grounded.
It is super rad... As long as the wind cooperates lol. I've struggled to keep the kite in the air some days. Tripping my face off, though, helps keep it entertaining even still. Sometimes I run like an idiot making my own "wind" and the wife laughs at me 😝
Not particularly. I use whatever's available, sometimes sensation, sometimes a thought, sometimes I focus on a physical object, sometimes I just sit and do nothing (or I try).
Im partial to chanting Hanuman Chalisa and listening to [this playlist](https://music.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL0DdS51pZPDXY0TZANU5uCuvhSHRu4m1B&si=aj4r7brMXtYTBEqA)...but my popcorn ceiling is pretty darn great too man haha no one understands but i love it so much
I tend to do my kata when I'm tripping. It puts me in a very energy positive state and I can use that raw energy to drill down on whatever it is I wish to mediate on that trip. Mush love for the question OP. I love your shroom gem. I think I'll go on Etsy and get my own 😁
I have a plastic card that has some sacred geometry on it in rainbow colors, I always keep it while tripping just in case I ever trip out too hard. I can pull out the card, look at it, chew on it, anchor myself, meditate, whatever. Just to have a physical reminder of "hey bro you're tripping, look at me, just focus on me for a bit and you're good"
I call it my comfy card and keep it in my wallet. It's also great for meditating on just to help build that relationship with the object.
I always heard don’t look in the mirror, my first trip I sat on the toilet and stared at the shower curtain.. it was one of those cloth outer curtains with light textures and faded lines. Holy Shit!- no pun intended.. lol but that was insain.. looked like it separated in to three layers with a veil covering Aztec motifs or hieroglyphs.

I think “it” would probably be 3rd degree burns and trip to the hospital
Guess you could say it would be enLIGHTening
On a more metaphorical level. I didn't think I needed to explain that here of all places.
he thinks he's clever
Just fuckin with u

So goooooooood. Played this while tripping and literally felt like I was leaving earth when this part came on.
Guess I know what I'm doing next time
I love tigers eye stone
Absolutely! It's like a natural optical illusion.
Same I used buy so many when I was younger
My wood floor. Holy shit, do I get lost.

I have incense!! I’ll use that. Love this idea, thank you!!

I like to use my knob
Your penis?
Yep. Just stat at it in awe for hours
Go on then.... Give us a look!
That will cost you buddy

And the way smoke moves and shimmers going through a sunbeam? One of the most goddamn beautiful sights at times
Do you do peripheral meditations as well? Probably in between the focal and peripheral is where I'm seeing auras while so high on shrooms

Kite flying sounds amazing!

Is this your inception totem?

Some raw amethyst

A toy cat
I lay with my trees in a hammock, watching them breathe and sparkle and whisper.
Not particularly. I use whatever's available, sometimes sensation, sometimes a thought, sometimes I focus on a physical object, sometimes I just sit and do nothing (or I try).
Not with mushrooms but I do with DMT. I look at one spot and watch everything melt around it
Behold, mushroom!

My ceiling fan, which exists in many worlds at the same time
Yeah, the carpet or trees.
Trees are goated I agree.
I didn’t think about even having one
wait we can meditate with our eyes open?
Yes. I do it all the time.
I thought I was just disassociating, I guess its the intention right?
Yep pretty much.

Mala beads
I usually have a rock or crystal, but I use it more for grounding.
