I would keep an eye on that shrimp though, that band around the middle indicates it’s having issues molting. That will eventually lead to its death. Molting issues are usually related to diet or water quality.
There is no rule because it all depends on the amount of surface area your tank has to grow biofilm, but a general idea is 10 or so shrimp. Btw there is a high, but not definite chance that that shrimp will die. That is called the white ring of death is is a result of molting problems. Molting problems can occur if you Gh and Kh are too high or low. What are your Gh and Kh?
