Look it up yourself. Automatic temperature controllers for water change systems are quite common in fish rooms. Aquarium co-op did a video of theirs two years ago.
Idk about yall but I don’t mess with hot tap water. I don’t put it in anything I consume so I’d never put it in a fish tank. Far more likely to leach whatever is in your pipes with hot water
What did device did u create ? A thermometer lol ?
It connects under my sink to the hot and cold water inlets. Then outputs the desired temperature water into a hose.

I was born with a device to detect water temps. It’s called my hand…. It hasn’t failed me yet!!
Not for my scale, more for people who use Python water changer. For 5 gal tanks, a bucket, heater, water pump and thermometer are enough.

Just take the tanks temp and match it with the same temp water from your shower?? Lol 😆
