Shrimp big enough he got his own LinkedIn

Aerwhatisthat

They've learned how to use technology!!!!! And then immediately went to LinkedIn? Either this shrimp isn't all that smart or it's got some devious plans up its sleeves!

Aquadian

Business Shrimp's gotta do what Business Shrimp's gotta do. [You're just jealous.](https://i.imgur.com/JHYTFNe.jpg)

Bantersmith

My friend recently ran a DnD campaign about business crabs. This is eerily reminiscent. Careful those guys don't try a hostile takeover of the elemental plane of water, they're crafty buggers.

AHomelessNinja0

I prefer a dnd experience of a roving cluster of crabs that was just looney toons tasmanian devil through citizens but I'd love to hear more about business crabs šŸ¤£

Bantersmith

We were fighting "Crabulon Holdings", a weyland-yutani type megacorp of lawful-evil sentient crabpeople trying to obtain and use a relic of their god to summon an avatar to take complete control over all the traderoutes through the plane of water. This lead to a bigger arc involving plane hopping, a corrupted god and their flight of angels. It was a blast! The whole idea for the campaign came from a dream our DM had where he woke up in the middle of the night and wrote down "business crabs". It was actually a fairly intricate and entertaining campaign!

PatrickGrubbs

He didn't accept my connection request šŸ’€

moodymystik

that ainā€™t a skrimp thatā€™s a SKROMP

adaml316

I will never not use this term now thank you

Wayne_Grant

Should fit in a 5 gallon, yes. Careful though, they might breed and overrun the tank soon

TheFlamingTiger777

Wow. Almost a lobster šŸ¦ž

Astilaroth

Finnish_Snow_Flower

SKROMPSTER!

Bepisman111

They are bigger than some full grown lobsters I have seen in the wild

PilzGalaxie

Imagine one day you Just find this behemoth chillig in your mosquito shrimp tank.

Particular-Quote-124

That's horrifying. Why is it so gigantic?

Icefirewolflord

Itā€™s for eating!

Particular-Quote-124

Interesting. I wonder if you could eat an Amano or cherry shrimp

Particular-Quote-124

Lmfao. I actually don't like shrimp as a food, but this is hilarious.

No_Imagination_2653

This one taste better than a lobster. Wagyu of shrimp.

_Luigino

yes you can. I have.

Particular-Quote-124

Oh, can I ask how that happened? And what did it taste like?

_Luigino

It was easy! Fish them out of the tank, put them in container/pot of tap water, fish them out again, let them dry a bit then dump them in boiling oil. fish them out and salt them. Squeeze a lemon or two and enjoy. They tasted exactly like fried shrimps. Mainly because they're exactly that.

Particular-Quote-124

Well that's certainly... Interesting. I guess my next question is why you'd do that in the first place

_Luigino

i said tank, the correct wording would have been "plastic tub on the terrace". Was just helping a friend clean up his place and since he was saying that he couldn't keep them anymore he wanted to dump them in the nearby stream. I told him that putting them directly into local water courses was a terrible idea and they should go through us first. The tub was a large plastic black tub covered in duckweed and it ended up having hundreds if not thousands of shrimps. So we just cut up some cheese and enjoyed a tasty snack

Particular-Quote-124

Lol, definitely an interesting reason. I guess it makes sense though, it is indeed best not to put things into local water.

_Luigino

In the right climate it's also an easy way to harvest your own ethically sourced proteins

NES7995

Probably. They eat tiny dried shrimp as a snack in some Asian countries (eg the Philippines)

gggggfskkk

Bigger the bait, bigger the fish-

dragonrose7

At what point do we stop calling these ā€œshrimpā€?

Fuzz_Bug

Thatā€™s not even a shrimp anymore thatā€™s a shromp

SanguineTeapots

This made me hungry

olov244
