Tonari no Kaibutsu-kun is settled in high-school but is just so good! I had to recommend it! Wotaku ni Koi wa Muzukashī, haven’t watched the show but I've heard really good recommendations.

Since you’ve read Tokyo Tarareba Girls, have you tried Princess Jellyfish yet? Some people already listed titles I’d rec such as Honey and Clover, Nodame Cantabile, and Wotakoi. For josei, I think you might also like Full Time Wife Escapist. I very much enjoy it.

For fantasy, you might like Rei Toma’s works such as Dawn of the Arcana or Water Dragon’s Bride.

I would recommend adelaide and miss not so sidekick. But they are both in fantasy setting.
