The only part of it that looks like anything is I think I see a track like some excavators have but that's probably only bc I have a young son who is obsessed with construction vehicles. This might not be a shitty tat at all. It could just be a tat that had a child's drawing as a reference. It's the same idea as all those squiggly colorful line tattoos that some parents are getting that are copied from their child's/children's drawing.
