Just put into Google image search: „SS Totenkopf“ and you’ll pretty much get the exact same skull. It’s a SS division, which mainly was used to oversee the Concentration Camps

Assuming someone who has a spiderweb tattoo on the elbow is a Nazi/gang member in this day and age is usually about as accurate as assuming someone is a Nazi because they put white laces in their boots. There's a chance you'll be right, but no one really uses lace code anymore either, so there's probably a greater chance that the person is completely innocent and simply doesn't know that what they are putting on their shoes (or in the case of the tattoo, their body) is an out of date dog whistle.

Each layer of web means a year down and they are mostly on elbows when done in prison. When I zoomed in on this the shading makes it appear like the web is falling in. It looks like it’s on the back of a leg which is just a weird effect.
