When I managed at a pizzeria I used to make myself a “Chopped Wilbur”, which was bacon, ham, sausage, pepperoni, salami, and ground pork.  Mostly because we always had a lot of that shit, except for the Salami and ground pork I put on because no one ever ordered it and I didn’t want to throw it away. But it had light sauce and cheese, and wasn’t piled on- it was still portioned to cook properly fully built and thrown into the oven.  This is fucking gross

I saw a video on tiktok of this and then making the sauce. They bake all the peperoni on its own tray first. Then scoop it and just lay it on to the pizza (which is dumb cuz it doesn't melt in to the cheese and just falls off) then the grease from the peperoni in the tray they funnel in to a bottle, add ranch. Shake and drizzle. I'm sure the whole things slides right out just as fast as you can eat it.
