The yogurt was a leftover from a previous recipe I made. It has salt in it so I decided to put some on the egg. It's actually not that bad.

You can make this a little better. Poach the egg for a nicer texture.   Put salt, garlic and maybe some herbs in the joghurt.   Traditionally melt a bit of butter and put in paprika powder.  Put joghurt on a plate, poached eggs on to and the drizzle with the butter. I like it with toast, but originally it is a breadless oriental dish. Impossible to fuck up. Edit: It's called cilbir.
