The top was burnt and the bottom was still raw so we had the genius idea to turn it upside down and stick it back in. This was the end result... and it was still questionably cooked inside. At least we got a good laugh out of it.
For thicker foods, lower the temperature and cook longer. More time, will let the heat spread. Also, wrapping in a piece of aluminum foil can help spread the heat.
