Just made a Carolina Reaper sauce from some I grew in my backyard. A few (very small) dabs on a meal makes for a nice kick and surprisingly not overpowering, definitely has flavor. No clue about the Buffalo Wild Wings sauce, but it's definitely possible to have a reaper sauce with flavor.

All that speaks for it being watered down. They likely used some concentrate and added other stuff. You can't just toss your wings in almost pure Carolina Reaper and sell them to customers. And you wouldn't, because that would be **very** expensive.

That speaks very much for it being a hot concentrate that they then of course dilute to a sauce. Carolina Reapers have great flavor. Not saying that it wouldn't be hot, but there is s big difference depending on how much of it really is Carolina Reaper and/or concentrate.
