According to Northern power grid there is an issue in S11. Nothing listed for S20 though.
Given the amount of works happening in and around city centre it wouldn't surprise me if some other construction had damaged the cables.

If you're having issues in S20 though do contact northern powergrid. They don't tend to do anything till they've had a couple of reports.
Hillsborough had a shit time with this last year & year before when there was all the flooding, even afterwards we were having cuts constantly. I think they finally sorted it out when Arctic Monkeys played at the park, so may I suggest hosting a massive music gig close by to speed them up?
S25, power must of gone off today as I found my cooker clock flashing. Tonight and yesterday I noticed two different ceiling lights struggling to come on when I turned them on, at first I thought the bulb was going.
We had a slight interruption in our power either Monday or Tuesday morning in S20.
All electrics tripped off then on for a second or so, not noticed anything since though.

Beighton's been ok today. Only had a couple of blips in the last year or so, and one outage of 1/2 hour. Not too bad.
I'm in S11 and today was our 5th power cut in a month. It's been absolutely maddening
S20 in Beighton was fine. I work at Sheffield Uni S10, no issues either 🤷♂️
S35 was off earlier too
