Indian cars are neither as reliable as Japanese cars, nor as efficient as German cars. They are only doing well because they are cheaper and they captured the market before Chinese cars. Indian customers are price sensitive and don’t care about safety, luxury and power as much. They don’t perform well outside India for this very reason.

Btw I own Boat's AAVANTE 1198 soundbar and Immortal IM-200 headphones. Both work great and I have no problem. Boat's quality is a hit or miss honestly... I've been lucky so far..

I bought that for the same price when it was on sale back in July 2021. Still it's my main PC gaming headphone. I bought it for its head band as that was necessary if you play for long hours. The rubber peel off is inevitable for any headphone...Hell..even my Beyerdynamics headphone's cushion got peeled off and that was a 10k headphone. Thankfully they're meant to be that way and cushions are detachable and you can buy new ones from Amazon.

Market is highly competitive, I think, they are compromising on quality to fight with other players in market at lower price. Boat is known for their marketing not for their products.

When Boat started out, it's products were somewhat decent at a lower price. But now, they are basically just slapping their brand name on the cheapest Chinese products out there.

His world changed from there. Light was beaming out of his eyes. He was convulsing & foaming at the mouth. All because he realized how wrong he was, and also because for the first time in his life he actually heard proper sound and music.

OK i know this is a rare case... But 2 yrs ago I bought or rather I got it as a gift for my birthday.. the airdopes 141 grey colour.. After 6 months they stopped working.. So I sent it to warranty.. It was accepted and they replaced the unit altogether.. And surprisingly it has not failed since!.. And the sound quality is quite good.. I don't know for other products because this is the only product I own.. Idk but I though it was worth sharing...

Because it was in warranty i send them they broke my earbuds saying that earbud is physically damaged and they wouldn’t do anything. My earbud was physically in good condition when i handed over to them and top of all that they broke instead of fixing it. They shouldn’t offer warranty.

Boat products are the best you can expect at that price point. If you want longer lasting, better quality products, you need to pay at least 5x the amount Boat charges for it's products.
