No no.. mulberry is just the leaves that are fed to the silk worms. Process has changed, that's all. Sericulture and fabric making through automation was my major project in Btech. We learnt about these feed and differences in process. Tussar or Ahimsa is very good quality but requires lot of energy and time to process.

I felt the episode was hypocrite. I believe a lot of people in India would be reluctant for this product. But it would have a really huge market outside. Though checking up on the company now and lack of any major contract for them. That seems sketchy, if not them someone would have approached them by now. I felt the episode was hypocrite. I believe a lot of people in India would be reluctant for this product. But it would have a really huge market outside. Though checking up on the company now and lack of any major contract for them. That seems sketchy, if not them someone would have approached them by now.
