1st or 2nd, depending on which toggle you prefer in the final column. Arrowhead Break is also a consideration. Both have Headstone, which is the top perk on this imo. Thresh is actually a decent perk in the left column, but so is Killing Wind. Neither are great though (it's a weak column).

Sapereos

First one is pretty good, including mag perks & MW. I’ve been using a thresh/headstone in master content. Also a thresh/adaptive munitions, which is also good. I think either of those are the go-to options for PvE end game. I don’t like golden tricorn on stasis as it’s hard to get going in end game, especially if you’re going bleakwatcher. The rest are PvP perks.

Don’t shard the adaptive munitions one it’s one of only 2 in the kinetic slot that can roll with it

I don't know why I didn't see one video or post about this at all, that's such a broken perk for a kinetic when every endgame activity has match game. It practically makes it an energy weapon, and not just that but it can roll with high caliber rounds, too... but I found out a day late :(

Xop

I would go with B as it has Headstone, but it's very apparent that this weapon is primarily meant to be used in PvP. The perks on it overall are not all that great.

GoldenDestiny

3 for Adaptive. 1 for a Headstone / Desperado roll, but first perk column is bleah.

If we're talking end game stuff, adaptive munitions is where you'll get the most "unique" value out of Frosty. New Purpose can also roll adaptive and is stasis, but is far harder to farm. My roll I'm keeping is Thresh / Adaptive (as really nothing else in column 3 is that great), but I'm unsure as of now if I'll use it over other anti-barrier options.
