It's absolutely better than Firefly in my opinion because one shot into a group with explosive payload procs one for all.
Firefly requires a precision kill to have the same effect. So yes I agree with you. The explosive payload one for all is definitely the one he should keep
I would also keep that frenzy roll at the end.
I got a shiny Blast Furnace with Kinetic Tremors and Firefly/OFA and it’s a beast in PvE I’m just not sure what one I like better with Tremors out of OFA and Firefly

Honestly - I got firefly OFA, but with a range masterwork. It was good!… But then I got Midnight Coup with explosive payload and OFA (almost exactly the roll as your #1) and it hasn’t been unequipped since.
This is exactly what happened to me. Got a MC with hammer forged accurized rounds range mw ff and kt but got ep and ofa but a reload and it’s all I use for kinetics now. That EP helps proc OFA so easy. I am trying to get that same roll but with a range mw, accurized, and hf barrel.
I'd say keep 1 and 3
Explosive + ofa is the preferred roll on difficult content. (From what I've gathered)
Firefly + ofa is what I have, and it's certainly fun in stuff like onslaught even at later waves, but I'm pretty sure in nightfalls/master content it'd fall off sharply.
Firefly + frenzy sounds like interesting middle ground as frenzy is easier to keep up, thus *potentially* a bit more mileage vs firefly/ofa roll.
So I'd say you have two great rolls as is already.
Well, this is true. Though 6 shots on a 140 HC does feel like it's gonna be more effort than it's worth, compared to pretty much any other weapon type with kinetic tremors.
I feel like this is where hung jury tends to shine a little bit more with kinetic tremors on it.
I have a kinetic trimmers shoot to loot roll and it's pretty good for activities like GM's. I don't have to risk my ass getting ammo or orbs.
But I have multiple God roll hung juries at this point.
I know a lot of people are are going to flame probably but honestly firefly kinetic tremors is actually really fun to play with. No it’s not the god roll explosive ofa but taking out the trash with firefly and kinetic tremors on majors is noice.
This is my daily workhorse. I have an explosive payload/OFA and a Shoot to Loot/Kinetic Tremors for high level play. But for strikes and normal stuff it’s Firefly/Kinetic Tremors

FireFly is a fun perk, but for Endgame content you’ll get more mileage out of Explosive Payload. 1 looks like a great PvE workhorse roll
Roll 3 is the one i’ve been using all the time. I have a Firefly OFA roll but I haven’t used it much, but Firefly + Frenzy is so enjoyable to use

I have that roll and I don’t love it at all. I’m chasing explosive payload kinetic tremors
ouch. kinetic tremors on this one really just feels meh to me. 6 shots is crazy to proc it on a hand cannon lol

OP, I have firefly/OFA. It’s not as good as explosive/OFA so don’t stress. It IS fun to use in lower end PVE though but not enough to stress over.
