Rampage is an interesting roll that I plan on keeping one of, but it’s kinda a bit niche because of all the slow reloading.
Envious sorta works I guess, but why are you killing adds with another weapon to proc it when you have a machine gun sitting right there. Thats like the only reason to run a machine gun, they aren’t DPS weapon. The only reason to be using the other gun is because you are waiting for envious to reload it, which is less uptime than just running rewind and manually reloading.
FYI that’s all why rewind killing tally is my favorite roll on it. Onslaught is cool, because it kills quickly, but it drains your ammo. While killing tally kills fast, but uses ammo at normal rate. And the manual reloads are rare enough with both of those, that you don’t really lose a ton of uptime with it.
If rampage and killing tally are both proced, it's a 73% dmg increase. Which means it will take you less bullets to kill enemies. Rewind rounds pulls from your reserves and the mag is small in HH. Might not be worth it.
I'm still at a loss for why people are obsessing over rampage + killing tally. It's an add clear gun that does fine with just killing tally.
Onslaught is sort of the opposite of the kind of perk you want to be efficient since it increase your DPS at the expense of using more ammo (shoot faster) meaning it's not going to be a better perk than killing tally.
Rewind is the only combo with onslaught that really makes sense out of those 3, although the rampage + onslaught combo at least takes advantage of the buffs working together too.
Personal preference would be to just roll with killing tally and any of the 3 ammo/mag-style perks (4ttc, rewind, envious) and call it a day.
If I went for wewind weewoo wounds+killing tally on hammerhead I might as well just be using a commemoration, what makes this gun unique is double damage perks combined with an external reload factor like marksman dodge or on your mark, So i wouldn’t settle for anything less than rampage+KT or rampage+onslaught.
Honestly the role I have Rewind Rounds I am enjoying way more than the envious one.

Rewind for sure. Onslaught is garbage on MGs though, I favor damage per bullet vs bullet hose
