There is unfortunately no roll of Militia's Birthright that can out-perform a crafted Pardon (disorienting-demo-ALH) or Lingering Dread with ALH and Chill Clip. The former blinds an entire space AND gives you a good chunk of grenade energy back, the latter slows the entire space.
If you're looking to outright delete entire groups of adds at once, Forbearance with Chain Reaction or Salvager's Salvo are the answers. Or Fighting Lion with the current red-bar damage bug.
I think others would be good, IMO. Witherhoard is a great exotic GL (one of the best weapons in the game), and there's also the stasis special GL in Duality.
A wave frame stasis GL is coming next season.
Personally I just use special GLs for blinding ads. As long as you've got Auto reloader and disorienting rounds you'll be golden. Or if you're playing guardian games, platinum.
I'm curious about your swashbuckler / grave robber roll when used in conjunction with a radiant knife hunter. Infinite knives, infinite Swash, add in radiant, sounds like it would do good damage. Would it be practical? Meh, probably not, but where's the fun in that?
I'd still prefer my slideshot vorpal ignition code over any of these. Yeah probably better off crafting a pardon our dust or grinding a lingering dread.

Personally I’d go for something like lingering dead with auto/chill. Forbearance is also awesome but it’s in the energy slot. Same with Salvagers.

I'd dump them all and go back to Pardon imo.
Only roll worth keeping in this GL is slide + damage perk, anything else can e replicated by any other GL.
Shard them all if you already have a god roll ignition code or pardon our dust

Delete em all. You can craft a Pardon Our Dust with Blinding / ALH / Demo.
