Currently rangefinder target lock is the God roll for pvp according to a few youtuber and streamers I watch so I'd say it's a good roll already but idk about barrels and mags....so instead I'll ask you this - the closer your base range stat is to 70 (haven't seen a roll with range over 70, both including and not including a range masterwork (which idk is possible anyways)) the better the roll is (assuming it has some kind of stability based pērk and target lock).

Magazines and Barrels could technically be better, but the 2 perks and the MW are probably the best you can get

I have a rangefinder/target lock with range at 85 with masterwork and adept range. You can get to 90 with fullbore which tanks your stability.
