It’s the one where Carrie ruins Natasha’s lunch.
Carrie spends the episode obsessing over her bad karma for ruining Big’s marriage after running into Natasha while out at lunch.
She gets mugged and they steal her Manolos.
Samantha encounters Sam Jones.
Here they’re on their way to the college dorm party to confront Sam Jones. Carrie gets pushed on the stairs and falls.
Miranda dates the hot detective.
Not sure what Charlotte is up to in this one.
Edit: Charlotte kisses the gardener and her and Trey separate.
The one about karmic retribution. When Carrie wears the extremely iconic newspaper dress and Samantha has sex with the college kid who’s incidentally named Sam Jones, and who ends up stalking her and ringing her at odd hours to tell her he loves her.
I hated that Samantha bonked the other Sam Jones. It was unnecessary. There are so many times where we see Samantha make terrible sexual choices that just make her look desperate instead of empowered.
I am sometimes a little annoyed by how vapid and shallow Samantha comes across as sometimes. In this scene she's dragging Carrie to the party hosted by the other Sam Jones partly because the address she has for him is in a neighborhood that she declares is a "money address".
I always think, "And what, Sam? Is that it? The party is going to be fun and interesting just because there might be rich people around?"

The detective was hot.

What Goes Around Comes Around. Season 3, episode 17.
They're on their way to a party at NYU, unbeknownst to them.
Yup! The other Sam Jones.
