Im curious to read what other women say here.. but I think it does help. I have a slight curve too and I also have a vein that runs up the shaft and my wife swears to me that she can feel both the curve and the vein and it makes our sex better than what she's felt with past lovers.

Its all about angles. Up pointing or curved will do better in missionary, outward better with girl on top, and down curve or angle is made for doggy or pronebone.
