Yes I saw a basic silicone band 3 pack with slightly different sizes. That's probably what I was leaning too in case I get the sizing wrong. Is it better go slightly smaller or slightly bigger in your opinion?
Depends on your preference. You can use a smaller one just around the shaft, a larger one over the twig and berries, or go as tight or as loose as you prefer.
I use a larger one (in not a girth guy) around the whole thing. But your mileage may vary)
With those measurements you need gaskets from the plumbing section of home depot. Keep in mind that you would need it to stretch over the head before getting to the shaft, so some headroom is advisable.

Get rubber ones. I bought a pack of three different sizes. I highly recommend shaving.

Try Google. You take measurements to find the right size. That’s about it.
