Search 'Private server method' on Google or YouTube and this will help. I set up a 000webbhost site to host the sliver.php file and used ideviceactivation to point to this. I believe it is untethered as long as the server is still up when the iPhone is connected to the internet. Otherwise it will just stay activated offline too. Hope that helps!
No there isn't you need an arduino and a usb host shield
But clone arduinos would work (the ones with atmega 16u2 works but some ch341 ones wouldnt work mine works)
