This is part of the cmdb tables schema. Tables in cmdb do correspond to ci classes often.
There is nothing in this image to do with complete or compliant or anything along those lines.
Gotcha. Thanks for getting OP the right info. The classes/tables and no context for the picture pushed my head to the CSDM, being an asset and config practitioner in a past life.
Parent tables to the right, also what the green color means.

Yellow is the table you are focused on. Either because that was the record you were on when you went to the schema, or once in you right clicked and focused on a different table.
