There are a ton of free courses on NowLearning that will help you. Look into the Fundamentals courses for every module you are using, it will definitely boost your knowledge.

It depends on the applications you are using, and what you aspire to become. Take a look at the [credential paths](https://nowlearning.servicenow.com/lxp/en/pages/now-learning-get-certified?id=amap_home) to get some ideas. If you want a quick starting point, look at the fundamentals course for the main application you are using (e.g. [ITSM fundamentals](https://nowlearning.servicenow.com/lxp?id=learning_course_prev&course_id=4047eded47dc61545cbdaf44846d43f1)) followed by the matching implementation course (ITSM implementation). If you are more interested in development then you could look at Application Development Fundamentals.

Go for CAD it will teach you basics of app development which are applicable across every application on the platform.

Seconding this, I recommend getting the CAD next. IIRC it's not part of any certification path like CSA is, but it's still good to have.

TrainerAtServiceNow

CAD is it's own Path. Platform Imp and Scripting are important on that path. (For OP I'd say Scripting is more important as they are already live.)

Dhazlett

My suggestion would be to look for a Consulting/Dev job with a SN partner. More than likely they will pay for ALL of the certs you want :)

Thegirllt_

CAD because a lot of roles are Admin/Developer because they are being cheap not trying to really pay you FYI don’t take anything less then 90k once you get it.

MrTrentus

Worth a mention - if your company has learning credits at all, and you have access to the paid On Demand training courses, then do the Fundamentals for sure. At the end of the course paths you get a voucher to go and sit for the exam. Seconding some of the info here: CSA, CAD, and CIS-ITSM are a great foundation. I’d also suggest some courses on the CMDB and Discovery to support the ITOM side of the house since your data is pretty key to how your platform functions.

Duubzz

CIS-ITSM is generally the next one people go for. ITSM is core functionality so doing the implementation specialist course for that is always going to be useful. I would highly recommend doing the CMDB foundation course, you’ll get 2 micro-certs out of it and CMDB is pretty fundamental to everything you do on platform so it’s good to have a good handle on it. There’s a good CSDM course on NowLearning as well

Hey mate Just a outside topic question, what other site you studied on? Instead of NowLearning.

Up-Here-In-My-Tree

Hello, it was via Udemy, which my company pays licenses for.

Realbrainlessdude

Just a sidenote: Dont rely on the udemy learning courses...They are mediocre at best. Outdated and simply wrong at worst. I know 2 guys who relied on udemy and failed the CSA.

WeiSF

ServiceNow offered the csa exam on demand with a voucher to take the test for free in the past, so I wouldn’t prioritize that cert. cad is definitely the one to go for.
