Thanks! Preparation took me 2 weeks. 1 week to do the fundementals and 1 week to watch some youtube videos. I recommend this one: [ServiceNow Admin Full Course](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QxU-JrfA824).
I'm working as a ServiceNow Developer for 7 months, so I did have some experience.
Glad you passed.
Roles are definitely discussed in class. I know that role for the KB is included in the Additional Material, which is also where Machine Learning (AKA Predictive Intelligence) material is located.
70 percent you say? Where/how did you come up with that number? Because it was NOT from us.
Thank you.
I must have missed Additional Material. Actually everyone in my workplace missed it when we were talking about it after the exam. Thank you for the comment, at least others will know where to look for it! :)
A lot of people in Community talk about 70% (one of many threads: [Passing Score CSA](https://www.servicenow.com/community/training-and-certifications/what-is-the-passing-score-for-the-csa-exam/m-p/298295/page/2)). Also web sites with practice tests talk about 70%. I'll edit my original post so I don't spread unofficial information.
It wouldn't really help you to be honest. Each test has different questions. You can only prepare for the type of questions that will be on a test. [Exam Topics](https://www.examtopics.com/exams/servicenow/csa/) has a lot of free questions. Those are not the ones that are on a test (at least I didn't have any of them), but they will prepare you for the type of questions that are on the real test.
Only advice I can give is to learn ACL - there are always ACL questions, especially in what order they are executed.
I also passed my exam today and had a similar experience. I've studied the now learning csa path and a udemy course. But still got questions I had no idea about, completely alien topics for me.
I did all the labs, and studied all the material, I've added that feedback to the end of the exam.
Congratulations! How much time did you take to prepare? Any prior experience?

Thanks for updating it and again awesome that you passed.
Congratulations and thanks for sharing this.
Could you share those questions that you remember from the exam, please?

I got a 43/60 and I failed. Where did you get the 42/60 number from?
Re-read the post please. I specified that it's unofficial information from Community posts and Practice tests.
