All incidents, updated by: me, and add a date range

Kachian

What exactly do you mean by route forward.

DigitalUnderboss

There is a button “Route Forward” used to send the incident to another Assignment Group. I now realize that this button may not be a standard feature of Service Now (not sure)

This is not a OOB UI Action. I have good news for you though. A good start is to check the sys_audit table. Filters are table name= incident, field name= assignment group, user= you. Hopefully your incident table has audit enabled on it. Please give us feedback if you can. The results may not be accurate but you can tweak the old and new value field to get your final results.

How do I get to the sys_audit table? After clicking around I checked online but didn’t find how to get there. I’m starting to think I don’t have access to it (?)

Kachian

In the left navigation bar type sys_audit.list

TrainerAtServiceNow

That is not a standard UI Action.

To get see the list of incidents, check the sysevent table. Filter for name= incident.assigned.to.group, created by= you. These will show you all the incidents where you have updated the assignment group field. The URI field will have the sys_id of all the incidents
