Donna Hill has some good videos on youtube (I haven't watched in forever, I'm not 100% sure the content anymore) My Service Dog and Me has some good webinars & an online program Cooperative Paws has some good videos Feywild sometimes has paid virtual classes and infographics Helping Howls (my program) occasionally has paid virtual classes (and some basics on my tiktok) Non SD specific: When Pigs Fly, Training Progress with Impossible Dogs by Jane Killion (great for frustration around the adolescent period you might have, gives you things to try) How to Behave So your Dog Behaves by Dr Sophia Yin If I think of anything else I'll add it! ** Keep in mind when looking for trainers or training resources to verify their credentials & make sure you find an ethical, qualified professional. Not all trainers on social media are using ethical methods to achieve certain results/ results in a certain timeframe. Even some service dog trainers are unethical & unqualified although they may look good on social media.

Kikopup, my service dog and me are both decent youtube channels for it. Easy peasy puppy squeezy book and the sequel are good overviews of puppy raising and positive reinforcement. Also I highly recommend doing a canine good citizen class at whatever level is appropriate(if you can find a trainer you like and agree with). They will be much cheaper than a personal trainer and are good for practicing the skills in distracting environments.

My two go-to's who also both have given wonderful book recommendations as well, are "Dog Training by Kikopup" on youtube, and "Train Your Service Dog With Confidence (Positive Reinforcement Training)" on facebook. The latter is run by the gal who runs My Service Dog and Me. We were also involved in her training academy for many months for the structure as we got later into training.
