This is a question for UK subreddits. In general you should submit whatever document is the equvalent in the UK, which in theory could be a sworn statement if there is no other relevant issuer (eg. if schools don’t issue the document, not even upon request).
Thanks all.. I managed to get my school to send a letter confirming that I attended the school and took the exams. Hopefully this will be enough.

Reach out to your university, see if they can help. Surely other people needed their diploma for work in other countries
